The subject suggests that the writer is currently being sick of
all exhaustive presentations at final exams.
End of Year
March 31st is the last day of Japanese official calendar.all exhaustive presentations at final exams.
Most of domestic companies, schools, and other institutions follow this calendar,
in order to move on...with a bit of bitter feeling; lots of goodbyes, and
not to mention, the tragedy that shook entire nations...
While people in Tohoku area suffered, the people like me who lives in Kanto also
conveys the sentiment of damaged and depressed.
Usually, March is spring time for Japan and the people would enjoy drinking sake watching
beautiful sakura (cheery blossom) trees. But this year, such an act is considered as
"socially inconsiderate" and we are indirectly being asked to be rather "sober" cherry blossom season.
The discussion grows, as its economical impact becoming significant, yet
at the end of day, we feel that things are getting better little by little at every corner,
and that is a good relief.
Nuclear Threats
Everyday media reports every bit of nuclear reactor activities in Fukushima.
Yes, it is the role of media to report the valuable information to the audience.
And if anything, especially for things like explosion of nuclear reactor,
news won't matter. To me, making too much fuss at this stage (if something is wrong with it),
it is too late. We can blame or punish somebody in hell but at this point we should focus on
what we can do to survive...
well, just my personal feeling.
Next Year's Calendar
This evening I was drawing out my schedule for next Japanese fiscal year.
It will be very tough and busy as usual, but I am very much looking forward to it.
Especially the classes; I will take "International Political Economy System" and "Communications"
in spring term and "Comparative Political Institutions and Systems Theory" in autumn.
Additionally, I am willing to take "Foundation of Model-driven Systems Development"
from core intensive program.
I am very excited about the "IPE System", which requires a lot of reading.
Here is a link to the journal by one of professors.
And one of required text books. (This course does actually have lots)
Also, I am looking forward to "Comparative Political Institutions and Systems Theory",
a lecture that will be given by Mr.Hjino, a Phd from Cambridge University.
Mr.Hijino's writing suggests that our political system is at stake.
Few posts earlier, I posted the notes by Mr. Iwase notes by Mr. Iwase, who
also mentioned the demand of redesigning political system.
I am very interested in this topic, and will keep my eye on it.
With that,
I have work, and other daily things.
Now you know, or you think you know,
what it is like to be me;)
